My professional background

I joined Attwaters in 2025 as a Paralegal in the Lifetime Planning team, part of the Wills, Trusts & Probate department. My wish is to qualify as a solicitor via the SQE route, and I am particularly interested in developing my expertise in the Private Client area.

Before joining the firm, I completed my law degree (LLB) at the University of Surrey and gained experience as a Legal Assistant at Hamilton Davies Solicitors.

About me

I was born in Leicester and moved to Welwyn Garden City when I was nine, where I grew up with my sister and two younger brothers. British by nationality and Pakistani by background. I’ve always enjoyed connecting with different cultures – especially through food. Cooking is one of my biggest passions, and I love experimenting with everything from French and Mediterranean to Asian dishes (though I’ll never turn down a classic British roast). The more technical the dish is to prepare the better!

In my spare time, I enjoy running, and playing the guitar. I’m also a huge sports fan – I play football and badminton, support Manchester United, and follow Formula 1, with Ferrari as my team.
