Lesley-Ann Mayhew earns AML accreditation to strengthen expertise in compliance
Attwaters is proud to announce that Lesley-Ann Mayhew, Partner and Head of Court of Protection, has achieved the highly regarded Risk and Compliance accreditation from The Law Society. This accreditation underscores her expertise in compliance and her long-standing role as the firm’s Anti-Money Laundering Officer, a position she has held with distinction since May 2022.
Attwaters welcomes new Family Law solicitor
We are delighted to welcome Mohit Vaghela, a Family Law solicitor with over seven years’ experience at various firms across Hertfordshire and London, to our growing Family Law department. Mohit specialises in resolving familial disputes relating to divorce, financial settlements arising from divorce, and child arrangement orders. He also has experience in assisting clients with matters relating to nuptial agreements and relocation applications, both abroad and within the United Kingdom.
