Investigation by Nurse Advisors
If our Nurse Advisors believe there are sufficient merits to further investigate the claim, there may be a need to seek some or all of the medical records. These are then reviewed by our Nurse Advisors, sometimes in conjunction with leading medical practitioners, to provide an initial view on the available evidence.
Subject to the outcome of any further investigations by our Nurse Advisors, the case is then reviewed by our legal team at a weekly screening meeting. If it is deemed there are sufficient prospects of a successful claim being pursued, the case is allocated to the most appropriate member of our legal team who will then contact you to discuss the next step.
