Whilst the facts of every case may be different, the majority of medical negligence claims follow a similar pattern, from the initial discussion with one of our Medico-legal Advisers, to the investigations of the case, commissioning of independent expert reports and eventual settlement by way of negotiation or court proceedings
There are specific timescales to observe both before and after the issuing of court proceedings.
