Attwaters has been helping private clients with their legal affairs since the firm was founded in 1901. Our specialist Wills, Probate & Trusts team is widely experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of wills, codicils, trusts and all the legalities surrounding estate planning.
We are here to advise you throughout life as your circumstances change. Planning your affairs can be done at any time, not just in your later years. We can help with everything from tax planning to updating your will. We can also help you plan for later life, or indeed advise you on managing the affairs of an elderly relative as they become older.
Another area of our expertise is Probate, also known as the Administration of Estates. This is the procedure of sorting out a person’s legal and financial affairs after they have died. The death of a loved one is always difficult, but you’ll find we have a sensitive and understanding approach and will help as much or as little as you wish.
With specialists in both our offices, Harlow and Loughton, we can arrange appointments at your convenience. If you find it difficult to get around, we can arrange to visit you in your own home or even in a nursing home or hospital.
