Unfair Dismissal
To make a claim for unfair dismissal you need to employed for at least a year. This is not the case in discrimination cases where you do not have to be employed for a year or at all in some cases. In either case any claim needs to be issued in the Tribunal within 3 months of the effective date of dismissal.
In order to assist us in reviewing any potential employment claim Attwaters has created a questionnaire that you are able to complete and either email to Tim Carter or post it to either our Harlow or Loughton office. Provided that you complete the questionnaire with all the details we will be able to tell you reasonably quickly whether you may have a claim.
