We handle all manner of contractual disputes, usually relating to the purchase of goods and services, and debt recovery cases. As regards faulty or defective goods, if you have bought something that results in you sustaining an injury, then you may be able to claim compensation. We also deal with professional negligence claims against doctors, hospitals, dentists, accountants, surveyors and law firms. Disputes involving contested wills and inheritance claims are also, sadly, all too common.
