Attwaters solicitors has once again been awarded the Law Society’s ‘Lexcel’ practice management status, offered only to those firms which meet the highest management and customer care standards. The firm, based in offices at Harlow and Loughton, remains among the fewer than 7% of solicitor practices which attain this level of achievement.
‘Lexcel’ accredited practices are required to undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they continue to meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management. During the firm’s two day appraisal last October no major, or minor, non-compliances were recorded within the eight areas assessed.
