Michelle specialises in Personal Injury Claims arising from accidents caused by or as a result of a failure of a landlords obligations. Such claims could be defects at home which a landlord has failed to repair or items installed incorrectly, these claims are commonly known as Landlord and Tenant Claims.
There are however other causes of action which are independent of the lease between landlord and tenants and can therefore be invoked by third parties as well as qualifying tenants.

Michelle also has 3 years experience across a variety of different Personal Injury Claims including Occupier Liability, Employer Liability, Highway Tripping Claims and Road Traffic Accidents.
