Madeline qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and has specialised in Medical Negligence Law since that time.  She joined Attwaters in 2001 and became a Partner in 2009.  She has significant experience in acting on behalf of patients injured by medical accidents, reflected by her membership of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation scheme and Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) Panel. Madeline is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and a Litigator Member of the College of Personal Injury Law.  Madeline is also recommended in Chambers 2011 as an up and coming Medical Negligence practitioner.  Madeline is a Governor of the Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School in Waltham Cross.

Areas of Practice

Madeline handles a wide range of medical negligence cases including surgical error, misdiagnosis and substandard nursing and midwifery care. Madeline has a particular interest in claims involving injuries to mother or baby during pregnancy and labour. Madeline is also a member of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers and handles Criminal Injuries Compensations Association (CICA) claims on behalf of adults who have been abused in childhood.
