Jonathan Clarke is a Partner and heads the Commercial Department. He has always lived locally and joined the firm in 1973.
Over the last 20 years, Jonathan has built up a successful commercial practice, working with a wide range of businesses large and small. In this time he has established a reputation for commercial expertise and business acumen.
Areas of Practice
Jonathan deals with corporate and commercial work including company and commercial contracts, business sales and acquisitions and commercial property transactions.
Memberships
Jonathan is active in the local business community. He has held the post of Chairman of the Harlow and District Chamber of Commerce and remains a committee member. This and various other committee memberships enable him to be a voice and source of information for clients and the business of Attwaters locally.
