Joanna joined Attwaters in 2006. She is in her final year of training to become a Legal Executive. Joanna is a Road Traffic Accident Specialist, specialising in MOJ portal claims and fast track RTA claims. In 2007 Joanna joined the Personal Injury Department and teamed up with Sharon Devine in the New Enquiries Team. Together Sharon and Joanna help all our new clients begin their claim for compensation.
Areas of Practice
Joanna specialises in low value road traffic accident claims, including accidents on or involving buses, cyclists and pedestrian claims. Joanna’s listens to our new clients, taking all information from them in relation to their accident and gives initial advice on whether a claim can be pursued. She advises on the information needed to make a full assessment of each case and helps our new clients through the initial process.
