James joined Attwaters in 2006 and is a Litigation Executive in the Medical Negligence Department. He has considerable experience acting on behalf of patients injured in medical accidents. James is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and is now completing the vocational requirement in order to become a Fellow of the Institute.
Areas of Practice
James deals with all types of medical negligence claims and has particular interest in cases involving orthopaedic injuries, cosmetic surgery, ophthalmology and fatal cases.
